Questions from a newbie
Ok,im new here and have a few questions
1) i have a portable pole, is it alright to not take it down each use? Can it just stay up?
2) i check out the lessons (beginingers) they are like two minutes, should you do more on your own? Are they just showing you how to do them properly? Also, should you just do one lesson a day? i really do not know how to plan out a workout. The beginingers ones, at least the ones i looked at just seem to be warm ups. Any suggustions?
