Quick Lesson Updates

This will be an on going thread where I will post all of the newest Quick Lessons. This way you can see what’s new everyday! You will find the Quick lessons themselves are placed in an order of difficulty and grouped by spinning pole, combos, mini workout and so on. From now on you can use this thread to see what is new. Keep in mind Instagram only shows 17 seconds and almost all the quick lessons have a longer run time than that!!

Yes please continue . I think they add value to the site . Especially for people who want to do long term memberships..new stuff ..yay !
