I super love the quick lessons. ðŸ’• SUPER LOVE! ðŸ’—

I still have a few prep moves I need to work on to do some combos, but they are bookmarked! Also the spinning invert quick lessons are great, I keep coming back to them 🙂

Ok, I’ll start adding them again! It seems there’s a rumor that SV only has beginner lessons, or so a few people have told me, I’m not sure how that came about. Anyway if your enjoying these please let your friends know because while I LOVE beginners I feel I offer something for everyone. ðŸ’œðŸ’œðŸ’œðŸ’œ

I would please keep doing the quick lessons. I am going to join again because these all are amazing! Also, I am recovering from a pretty bad back injury and I feel there is a lot in the lessons to help me. Your style is so unique and I love the quick lessons! Especially the spinning ones!!!! More of those, please! Your lessons have totally changed! I would say that you are offering something for every level now!

I would like to see lessons on how to get flexier pointier toes too!!!! I can’t find that anywhere. I even bought the ballerina bands and have no idea how to use them.

I agree that the Quick Lesson updates are very helpful and I’d like to see them continue. They and some of your updated advanced moves pushed me to rejoin for the other year 🙂

Occasionally, I know we all see pole clips on instagram or youtube and wonder about breaking down those moves. Is there a way to submit to you for your consideration to break down into Quick Lesson?
