Hi Veena,
Today was my first class in Silks & wanted to know if you will be doing any lessons on here relating to silks? It is very different to Pole & for some reason I find the pole is easy to trust yourself then what it is for the silks…I think it might be because it’s moves. Thanks

Thank you for asking!
I personally have not had the desire to learn silks, only hammock which has some similarities but different overall. I think silks might be better off learned in class. 🙂

I agree with Veena that silks are better off learned in the studio where there is supervision by an instructor who is experienced in silks. If you attempt a move after wrapping yourself wrong you could injure yourself very badly.
