Is there any type of contraption you guys know of or have made up to easily reach the install point of silks/hammock/lyra on a tall ceiling other than a ladder?? I need to be able to attach and take down quickly instead of always moving around a ladder (plus not wanting to buy one and no where to keep it close by). I was thinking initially I could set up my pole and climb to reach lol but to do that every time I want to switch something would be annoying. I’m sure there’s got to be something that can just hold to lift and let the the carabiner latch on right (I hope)?

No, climbing rope for rigging, the type mountain climbers use. They have it tied off to this metal structure, using boat type hithes. I don’t think they actually rig silks that way, but the lyra and trapeze.not only can they change out the toys, but a dancer can be lowered and raised. Assuming you aren’t doing and Big drops, silks can probably rig that way too.
