Rebecca Star Signature Pole moves workshop
Hi everyone! Do any of you know what I can expect during this workshop? I will be attending her workshop and wanted to practice some things in order to be strong enough to take advantage of it. Any feedback would be appreciated 🙂

Rebecca teaches at Body and Pole I believe. She is circus trained so expect more contortion and balance type stuff.

Thanks for the link Chem. She is going to be offering other workshops (contortion/stretching, and aerial hoop) but I only signed up for the Pole Moves. Excited but worried that I'm too intermediate for it!

Rebecca came though Cleveland with Cirque Dreams 2 years ago and went out and worked with a bunch of kids at Jasmine Dragons. I would not be too worried.
