  Review on Polesilk or PSTfitclub?

  I was wondering anyone try the product from PST Fit Club: The Pole Suspension Training or poleSilk? Im living in a place without any pole studio, Im looking for something (PST Fit Club: The Pole Suspension Training or poleSilk), that can help as a spotter when I try to learn hard pole move ie Inverted D,ayesha etc…or even help me in stretching. But I found there are relatively little tutorial in using polesilk for stretching or spotter(anyone have link to share.)???

  I teach PST in Chicago. I’m the 1st to teach here. 😉 I love it and there are so many things you can do with it. I’ve posted a few on my Instagram. But if you need help I’ll be glad to post videos. Look for @LifeOfAPoleTrick
