Right way round pencil?
Hi, has anyone heard of this or know the name? I can’t seem to find a picture but I’ve seen someone do it, if you imagine pencil but the right way round, I don’t have enough core strength for this but wondering if anyone has tried it? Xx

i've heard people refer to veena's "pole hold" while spinning (body straight straight like a board and off the ground) as pencil. It's like a pull up kind of spin with the body away from pole.

Hey guys not normal pencil imagine the position but the right way round, so instead of holding yourself upside down hold yourself just normal way, back towards the pole.

Yesssss!!! Veena that’s it!!! 🙂 I think she’s still got her feet slightly touching the pole but maybe the photo I seen was a slight illusion and maybe the feet were touching slightly! Haha love studio veena with in a few hours my questions get answer 🙂 next question how you do it hahaha!
