This thread made me think of another traditionally spin mode spin/pose. What about the roxy? Is it only a pose done on a spinning pole, or can it be done as a spin on a static pole as well?

@ dustbunny…the roxy can be a pose on spin or a static pole spin but I think of it more as a super cool transition on a static pole.

I love the pretzel spin and I have only done it on a static pole. I get a lot of momentum by really lifting and swinging my left leg out and around at the beginning of the spin.
