S-Factor workshop
Anybody here taken any S-factor workshops. did you like them? I signed up for a workshop with them in a couple of weeks. I’ve never been to their studios. just wondering other peoples experience with S-factor.

Which workshop? I started out as an at home girl with the S Factor videos as that was the only thing out there at the time. S is wonderful for getting in touch with your inner sexy and learning flow. The last time I was at a studio I had some issues with some moves that they were teaching beginners but that is my biggest beef.

it is the “Sexy Fitness Expo” . I think it’s an all day event. it has several workshops throughout the day, it doesnt name specific workshops. It just says things like floorwork, lapdance, etc. I definitely need to work on flow so maybe this will be a good thing for me.

I just watched the video for it. Sounds very much like a mini retreat combined with their classes. I can guarantee you that you will walk out a completely different person than when you walked in and do not be surprised to see women crying or that you yourself break down in tears.
