SPLITS
I have had several years of competitive (Irish) dance training (I don’t do it anymore), but the one thing I have NEVER been able to do is get the splits. I think I am less flexible than I used to be since I haven’t danced in several years and am new to pole dancing, so this resolution is especially challenging for me. I have always wanted to be more flexible but now that I pole I have some new motivation!
Does anybody have any great stretching tips??
