I can't wait to get my splits as I can just imagine the tricks to come from having them.

    -splits

    -jade

    -chopsticks

    -splits facing up the pole

    -splits facing down the pole

    -Russian splits

These are only a few that I can think of for now but dreaming about them day & night.

What other 'split tricks' can you come up with?

Just being able to slide down the pole into a split is soooo cool. Thats all I want in the world right now <3

Tick tock, machine gun, cheba split, shoulder mount split (I’ve also heard that one called bad idea # 7), Marion amber. Of course, you can do all of these without a split, they just won’t look flat, and won’t have that ‘line’.

I worked incredibly and ridiculously hard to get my splits, and I gotta say, I still get a small thrill every time I do a “split trick”! I can hardly believe its me with my legs split apart 180รขโ‚ฌยข

I don't know what bad idea #7 is but, seems and sounds like somewhat of a good idea…LOL

I'd love to do a machine gun, if only in a hand press on the floor. Its soooooo cool. I can get my leg up over my shoulder but can't straighten it.

I'm a big split move lover :). Apart from the tricks mentioned there are also the Steel Panther and 13:35. Then there are some more that I don't know the name of.

Shout if you want video links to them, I've got it!

Hi ,here we go with the links ๐Ÿ™‚

Karol does the 13:35 trick at 5:54 in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3cwoS5bh6M

The Steel Panther is at 1:18, an elbow grip split at 4:40 and a drop into splits from a shoulder mount at 5:37 here: https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/4f74ca49-9280-4f51-85a0-15280ac37250

In this vid https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/4f46bb88-487c-4aae-bf42-160e0ac37250 at 0:09 there's an ankle hook split. Probably easier to get a full split on static. At 1:48 there's a trick that I named the Suspended Splitline.

    At 0:54 there's the Charley splits https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/5069cf9c-fb44-4a4d-9642-57c20ac37250

And last another ankle hook split but with a split grip instead at 0:34 here https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/51881d28-5688-4a0c-92d8-5a770ac37250

Hope they'll keep you busy ๐Ÿ˜‰

This is the Singapore Sling or the Singapore split… And her foot is not on the ground, she's about a foot or two up.

    Hi Lina,

Thank you for responding to the SHOUT ๐Ÿ˜€

This will keep me busy and work harder at getting my splits.

Thank you for the carrot (meaning the motitvation) to not give up on my splits.

    Hugs,
