    The Studioveena.com April Challenge, is April Abs! This challenge will include both pole moves, and exercises that will help you build abs of steel! The day before, I will post a demo with multiple levels of difficulty so everyone can play and WIN!

    Yes, I said win! This month we have a wonderful sponsor Kupmykakez, who will pass out weekly giveaways to those who participate daily with hashtags! You must have a public IG profile to qualify for giveaway.

    To join in:

    ☔️ 1. Repost this photo on Instagram and tag friends who may want to join you!

    ☔️ 2. Follow me @studioveena to see demo clips for all levels.

    ☔️ 3. Make sure your IG account is set to public!

    ☔️ 4. Beginning April 1st, warm up, then post a video or photo using any variation of the demo I’ve posted the day before. Just do your best, it doesn’t have to be perfect. Please READ my post description, I will include Reps, Sets, tips and lesson links for you there. 💜

    ☔️ 5. Include these #svaprilabs, @studioveena and @kupmykakez in your daily post description.

    ☔️ 6. To qualify for giveaways you must post daily.

    Yep you can totally still participate! The public IG is needed for the program we use to randomly select the giveaway.

    Super excited to get into this one! I’m also really curious what you’ll do for the ladies who cannot do flags, or inverts, or shoulder mounts… but I get the feeling you’ve totally got something up your sleeve 😉

    Excited! But not on Instagram so will just not compete. Haven’t tried some of these moves though, so will see how that turns out.

    Do the best you can, please read all descriptions because you find info there. I will have multiple options for most levels. 😊

    Weeeee! Just what I need!! I’ve previously downloaded an abs workout app but got bored with it ahaha. This SV April Challenge looks way more interesting–I’m in!

    Probably not gonna really participate – by now I guess you know how bad I am with this “do something every day” stuff*… xD But I’m gonna let this inspire me and do as many as I can manage. 🙂

    *I hope this will get better as it gets warmer, I’m just too lazy to warm my pole up every day so I don’t slide down. So I always think “ok, I’ll do two tomorrow, or three” and yeah, 2 weeks later the challenge is over and I still didn’t do a thing. xD

    Yay!!!! I’m on vacation now until the 4th but since I made the graphic I had a sneak peak at the list… So I pre-recorded the first 4 days! (But if I find a pole to flag on or knee tuck on I’ll re-record, I just didn’t want to be stuck) Super excited for another challenge.

    Perform 5-20 reps and 1-3 sets BOTH SIDES

    While it may seem impossible or easy depending on your level of fitness, this is a foundational move for pole and should be part of your pole sessions. Learning how to properly hold the pole will save your shoulders and back! 💪 If lifting both feet off the floor is not yet possible keep one on the floor and lift the opposite until you become stronger.
