I will transfer the “Floating V” on my “to do list” and I am sure there will be some more to add from this month’s challenge. -
Floating V. I’ve tried for three days. It hurts my wrists like crazy and I can’t get my legs up. I can float my legs up in locust asana, I can do a flag on the pole with ease, I can do split grip for ages, and I think my core is pretty strong so I don’t think it’s a wrist strength issue or core strength thing. I am very puzzled. Can anyone help? I do have hypermobile wrists and hands.

Post a vid that would help. It’s not easy and does take a lot of strength, that’s why its advanced 😎

Just posted days 4, 5, 7, and 8! Sadly, I tried the floating V and it was just BEYOND me!
I feel kind of awkward about a few of these, and I could wish them to be more practiced or nicer looking… but, they’re up, and that’s all I asked of them 🙂 -

When I was first playing around with this idea, my plan was to mimic a Jade, but on the floor! It took some doing to figure out the mechanics but ever since I worked it out Its been a fav of mine.
