Its taking F O R E V E R to process my 2 min 40 sec video. 🙁
I tried deleting and re-uploading; I tried restarting my computer. After 8 hours! it still hadn’t finished “processing”. I’ve not had this problem yet. Anyone know the solution? -

There are a few hold that can be used for Fan Legs. As a beginning poler make sure to use the Side Pole Hold. This will help you build strength and learn the muscle memory nessisary for inverts and othe more advanced pole work. I am a bit behind the program, but here are 2 compilations. I have to redo the Step Around, work on Elbow Stand, record the Leg Show and improve the Fan Legs. I think my upper hand is too high. Any comments for improvement are welcome. Thank you.
