I did the half cradle spin partial split grip and the full cradle split grip on my IG vid if anyone doesn’t have the SV lessons and is confused

Aaah I feel so bad, still have a few days missing and it’s already February… ^^ Had a guest for the last week, so not too much pole time. 🙁 I hope I can take the video tomorrow though. 🙂
