I recorded this a day or two ago because I’m going skiing this weekend at my parents ski house (same goes for tomorrow). Hopefully I’ll get back in time to do Sunday’s challenge… I didn’t record it because I wasn’t 100% sure what a squat was. Didn’t know if that was facing towards or away from pole. 🙂

I have such a mental block about pole walking. In heels on hard floors I can do it but on carpet I just can’t, and I have tried and tried all week – so I recorded a fairy tip toe spinning cheating thing instead. Sorry everyone. I am not good on the floor off my pole.

Tropical, what I meant was I am not comfortable with pole walking and would rather be on the pole instead of the floor. And I never dance in heels at all.

Day 3⃣ Body Waves! It’s totally normal to feel awkward, but practice, practice! Not only are these sexy, they are great for warming the muscles of the spine and strengthening the abs! So work on these even if you don’t feel sexy they are good for ya! 💜.

This wasn’t easy for me at all! But I’ll post my video tomorrow. I tried several times but I couldn’t combo the regular and the reverse. Hard stuff!
