Ankle attitude spin 😎 on static! http://instagram.com/p/xqLlZxpAcu/ If you would like to make this spin more challenging keep the ankle off the pole allowing the legs to float in attitude! Keep in mind this is an advanced beginner move so if you are new to pole it may take time to build up the proper strength to safely perform this spin.

    Rant warning.

    I wanted to make this challenge so much, I even got a camcorder, figured out how to use stuff, was so hype about it all. So hype about the fact it was for beginners like me so I would have no excuse.

    Then I missed 2 days because of figuring out how to use the camcorder cause I’m a fool, and now it seems like every single day there are people over and I cannot pole (pole is in living room). And now it’s my birthday and it was planned that I would have some time to relax and pole and catch up, and guess what, bf is on the couch with friends watching a tournament on stream. (I like them and I understand the tournament is today and they cannot watch it at another time, I am not complaining against them, but DAMNIT I wanna do my challenge T_T )

    Iana, I know exactly how that goes! When you don’t have time to do what makes you happy you get really cranky! Or I do anyway. Hopefully you can have some “you time” soon!

    I’m bummed I haven’t kept up with the January Challenge. I have only done the first two days so far. I worked on days 3 & 4 but didn’t get anywhere with something that should be simple for me. Then things kept coming up. I was actually going to use today, Sunday, to pole and catch up, BUT I went to an Xtreme Boot Camp class yesterday, Saturday, and got my butt kicked BIG time. Since I do work out pretty much, not everything hurts, but my chest muscles and biceps are VERY fatigued, and my hamstrings and inner thighs are on FIRE!

    I can barely move around, so I can’t imagine what any poling would feel like. I must admit there were a couple of days I could have done something but got lazy in the cold weather 🙁
