My biggest worry about quittingstudio pole lessons was that i would lose all my progress. I am in the best shape I’ve ever been in. I was thin in high school But now i have muscle and definition in places i didn’t know i could have. All thanks to 7 months of pole. But when the studio owner almost doubled her prices I couldn’t afford it. I had heard great things about the SV lessons so when they went on sale for Easter i purchased them. I decided to start with the 30 day program to get a feel for the lessons. My conclusion? I won’t be losing the muscle I’ve worked so hard for! I’m loving the 30 day progra. I am doing the SV lesson each dayadding working on a move or two that i learned from the studio along with a free style to work on flow. The SV lessons have given me the direction need to do a structured workout at home. Thanks Veena for such great lessons!

Glad you found SV! Welcome! SV has the best pole lessons online. I too stumbled across SV about 4 years ago & never looked back. I still go to the studio from time to time but I still always consider SV my primary pole family.

I’m so pleased to see you’re enjoying the lessons! It sounds like you have a great plan for your poling sessions! If you have questions along the way feel free to ask!

I’m so glad you posted this! I have been taking classes at a local studio for about 3yrs. I lost my job right before Christmas and, needless to say, I have other financial priorities now. 🙁 This will be my last group of classes there. I have been so worried about losing all the strength I’ve gained in the past few yrs. I’ll definitely have to try the lessons on SV! Now my only issue is where to keep the pole up in my tiny house! 😉
