Heya, Although I registered a while back, this is me starting to use the site after always watching all you guys fab videos and me properly starting to train again. I go to Pole Pursuits Studio in Aberdeen and have a pole at home. I’m stuck doing the same things just now so trying to learn a few new things and determined to try pull off Allegra although my flexibility is not great! I only have my iPhone for Internet access and it’s not letting me change profile pic but I have an album 🙂

I too am a newbie to SV and to the pole community at large, and as a part of a project I'm working on for my media advocacy course, I'd like you to share your story of why you chose to pole dance and what feelings of fulfilment or empowerment you've gotten since you started. Check out the page at :http://www.facebook.com/PoleDanceIs

I'm using the page to advocate for pole dancing as a art form and empowerment, and I'd really appreciate if you guys liked my page and shared your stories of empowerment in the pole community on my page. Pics, videos, and blogs welcomed.

It's for one of my courses, so you'd be helping me get an A!

    Thanks!

Hello Katrae! Sometimes if we feel stuck, its fun to work on flow and perfecting what we know. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
