Hello everyone! I’ve been lurking for a while as I’ve been trying to save up for my x-pole for 2 years, but something always came up and I always needed to dip into the money. No more noodling around. The time has finally come https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif
I’m going into this with some rock climbing experience; so far on other poles, its seemed to help with strength.I first got the idea to try to transfer my skills when reading about how exercise can help panic disorder, which I’ve struggled with all my life. Exercise has always seemed to help, and the idea for pole dancing got planted in my head when I saw a dancer at a club really rock the pole for the first time. I was blown away!Ever since then the urge to get up and dance has been strong to say the least. I decided to finally stop putting myself last and begin a process that will hopefully lead to healing some physical and emotional scars and getting my sexy back. I’m finally ready to dance through all the hurt, confront the pain, and get to the good stuff!

I feel like this is a long time coming, so I’m excited to get a few videos up in the coming weeks and finally join in the fun. Cheers!

    Hi and welcome!!!

Pole dancing (and exercise in general) are really great for all types of things. I first started running a few years ago when I was diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder and Depression. After months of steady excercise I was able to get off of my medicaiton and haven’t been back on it since!

I can’t wait to watch you in your journey! I’ll be looking out for those vids!

I made the decision to forego meds within a few months of being put on them. I just don’t like spending my day feeling the way they make me feel. (not to mention–paging sex drive? where are you sex drive?) I’m trying to find healthy ways to keep my body in balance.
