  Scorpio/angel to split grip Ayesha ?

  Hi I’m just wondering would anyone be able to help me out with a little tutorial on this combo I have seen cleo the hurricane do it a few times and I think it’s a cool way to get in to an Ayesha or can anyone link me to a video tutorial on it please I can’t find one on YouTube thanks 🙂 xxx

  Ah just realised you said split grip. I’ve only seen her do twisted.

  No worries. It’s getting the shoulder out that can be a pain, but if you can trust your arms, take your legs off and can work out the balance you just unwind. Feels like magic, I find it to be one I have to practice now and then or I seem to forget the balance. Cleos website has some awesome tutorials!

  Cool Gen bob I’m gonna give it a go it does look quite technical but I shall practice! Yes the website is cool.
