In those pictures that is definitely the new base. Those pics and the original pic she had on the site are 2 totally different poles.
Ask her to flip the dome upside down and get a picture and also see if she can get a close up of the base.
-
Those are definitely the XPole tubes. I am not sure if the fake ones ship in tubes like that. Lyme??
I also definitely see X Joints in one of the pictures.
-
Yes, all my tubes were in cardboard as well. And the case has all the slots for each pole section. I was just looking over the instruction guide and it is FULL of typos and NO phone number for any technical support.
-
Yes they are two poles as Chem said. Look at the bases. At least from what I know, the fakes have a larger base as the first pictures show and see how little the base is on the “new” pictures which real x poles have.
-
Smells too fishy to me. Lyme is far from the only person on here that has accidently bought a fake…on ebay. I have heard many horror stories. For me personally if I have to question a purchase this much I skip it.

I have Am xpole x-pert which is top loading not actually bottom loading. So not all x-perts r bottom loading. xx

Thank you all for your input, I will definatly get the pictures of the base and the underside of the dome form her and post them later today. I hope its real, meh….

Based on the fact that she spoke to “Kemara” from xpole is a good indication these poles are authentic. It looks like she isn’t familiar with xpoles and the pole industry and her english isn’t proper therefore maybe a language barrier? I’m an Authorized x pole dealer for Canada and I know Kimara pretty well! If uncertain I would call xpole ( us ) and ask to speak to Kimara in regards to these Poles as she would most likely have the answers 🙂
-
I should rephrase the English barrier as i re read the email! But everything she is saying seems correct with me! I’m in the same situation and selling my xpole brass xperts (45) and (45) sports for $225 so that is a fair price considering they are $325 new ( sport ).
-
I’ve seen the link and photos and they are authentic from what I see ( out of the 4 pics the last 3 are authentic ) I’ve never seen a 40mm ( they are very new ). I would ask her if she ended up getting a sport pole an one of the bases got mixed up or the new 40 has a bigger base? The tubing is authentic and the carrying bags and the x joints ( which x pole only has ).
-
Thank You Aluna Pole Studio, I thought the looked real. She said she ordered all experts, so she couldnt have mixed up the bases.. does the base look strange to you?
-
I have never seen an Xpole before in person but the pictures i just upoladed look good to me.. Im totally buying that shizz!! IM SO ECXITED!!!https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

The one base in first pic looks bigger that’s why I wondered if the new 40mm base was bigger! It’s definately authentic the brown tubes with the purple plastic caps are definately an indication! None of them are screw together ( older models ) they all show the x joints! They are definately not knock off ( I’ve seen them and yes they can come with a carrying bag – not with xpole logo and the tubes are different – no purple cap ) I’ve been selling theses poles for years so I know them very well! Hope this helps! Just call Kimara at xpole USA and confirm with her! 🙂

I just looked at the other pictures and it is 100% an authentic xpert chrome pole ( I can’t tell you which size that’s tough to judge by pics you could get her to draw a circle around a small pole piece and hold a measuring tape up to the circle and you will know which size it is 🙂
