  Shiva Rea yoga dvds

  So for those of you who have or used shiva rea's Fluid Power dvd or her newest Power Flow YOGA, I was wondering which is better of the 2. I keep hearing good things about her yoga teachings and I would like to purchase 1 of the 2. Thanks in advance everyone.

  Hi joni1:  I have Shiva Rea Fluid Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga.  It is wonderful and alot of routine choices, however the Shiva Rea Creative Core + Upper Body is the one I really love.  It is wonderful for helping build upper body and core strength needed for pole dancing.

  Thanks, Bendie, I'm gonna research amazon or ebay for HER CREATIVE CORE  and Upper body dvd.
