    I really want to learn the shoulder mount using the cup grip, but how do I keep from rolling onto my collar bone without changing my grip? I am trying to keep the pole as close to the side of my face as possible where I have the most muscle, but even then I feel like I am rolling onto bone when I get halfway up…how can I fix this?
