Shout out to Chicago!
I’m from Oak Lawn but go to school in central IL so I’m not usually up here for too long, but given that it’s Christmas break that changes things a bit. I’ll just be hanging out here until I have to go back to class on the 17th of January. So I know some of you beautiful ladies are from the Chicago area…what’s the scoop?? Is there a studio around here anywhere that lets you have open jam time? I’ve never gotten to pole with anyone else before and reading about this SV pole jam and watching all your pole jam videos really motivates me to try because it looks like it was so helpful for a lot of you. Let’s start our new year off right!

Hi! I have two studios in the south Chicago Suburbs…Frankfort and Chicago Heights. However we are pretty much closed until January 11th for Christmas break too.
We use to host open pole sessions but stopped as it really wasn’t very popular – additionally you had to have previously taken classes at our studio to come to open pole.
Some studios are going to only allow drop ins for someone who has trained with them in the past due to the liability involved in letting someone use your poles when you cannot be certain that they know pole safety or standards which their studio promotes.
The only place I know that allows drop in classes is Flirty Girl Fitness.
Maybe you can join us for a session when you’re home for the summer?

Unfortunately I don’t live at home anymore so the Chicago visits are a limited time only sort of thing for me, but if I can sneak away for a week here and there I’ll definitely come out.
I even brought my pole home with me this time in case I found myself a partner or two to play with but it’s looking pretty grim lol https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif

try flirty girl fitness….they have pole classes and then some. plus there studio is gorgeous. i know they have some great choreographers there and will give you some good moves to put in your arsenal.
