For “sickled foot” I wonder how effective massage treatment of the posterior tibialis coupled with strengthening of the peroneals would be? Anyone ever try it?

the posterior tibialis is very deep and hidden. I’m not sure how you would be able to reach it to massage it?

Thanks for the responses ladies! Glad there is more like me, well not glad but you know what i mean lol. I seriously want to try ROLFing and yes I do Roll On The Floor Laughing all the time 😉 Hahaha

Posterior tibialis is not as deep and inaccessible as you might think. It is possible to work it with massage therapy.
