  Side superman dismount

  Hey Guys,

  I love the same side superman move (http://veronicapole.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/same-side-superman-1024×737.jpg) and I was wondering if any of you have some dismount ideas? Because at this point all I can do is kind of jump out of it and it’s not a particularly graceful exit strategy. But i’d love to spin it into a routine sometime… Heeeelp? 🙂

  You can go into genie. From there swing the bottom leg behind the pole into jasmine. From jasmine, your options are limitless

  Or maybe go into genie, then Cupid. Or genie, then pull up and over into a sit.
