So proud of myself
Now, I know this probably isn’t a big deal to some, but I’m so proud of myself! For the last two weeks, I’ve exercised almost every single day. For the past week, since signing up to StudioVeena, I’ve done a minimum of 25 minutes of her warm ups and strengthening exercises every single day, as well as doing the 30 day planking challenge.
I’m pretty sure that I’ve not exercised every day straight for two weeks, ever!
I’m not an exercise person. I don’t enjoy exercise for the sake of exercise. Over the past two and a half years I’ve been pretty much sedentary and I’ve lost all the strength I had when I was poling regularly before that.
But with the goal of getting back to my poling peak, with a short term goal of being fitter in time for my wedding in two months, I’ve been sticking with the exercise. Not only that, but I’ve actually been enjoying it! Who knew?! LOL!!
So yeah, poling is the only thing that can make me _want_ to exercise, it seems.
