    Haha wrong button my bad.
Anyways I had some questions it’s been a while but now that I’ve gotten my butt together depressions subsided a ton ton! I’m getting a life a job hopefully soon and a man I love dearly n I’ve improved greatly in my strength. back almost to where i was two yrs ago. I’m starting to want to look into poling again. So I had some questions.
If I bought a pole what kind or brand would you gals recommend for a beginner. Or if anyone knows a cheap priced studio in Colorado Springs co I’d look into that to. And when you go to a studio if you want to do self taught but just use their poles do they let you do that? or do you have to take a course to use their poles? And I forgot what my other question was ill remeber later. Thanks! 🙂

If you just want to practice on a studios pole, you can do that during a studios “open pole” time. Usually it’s approx. $5-10 to go to an open pole session. There is usually no pole instructor present, it is exactly that open pole practice.

Many studios would require you to go to some classes for open pole…any of the major brands r good, but….you have to find one that works for you..size and grip.. The Veena pole is a great start though
