  Something is wrong with my Xpert – Xpole, any advice? :)

  Hi everyone!

  I am having a strange problem with my spinning Xpole that I just got. I followed the instructions very carefully when setting it up, and it seems completely fine on static-mode.

  However, when I change it to spin mode it makes a strange noise and it kind of wobbles. It moves a bit back and forward while moving around. It looks almost fluid-like in the middle. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

  Hi Stephanie,

  My pole is working just fine, but when I had difficulties with my older (2008) pole, you guys were awesome.
