Spin option on X-pole!?!?!?!?
Posted by RoxyPink on April 3, 2009 at 12:53 pmApparently I have "worn" out the little screws that are used to release/tighten the pole when switching from static to spin….any ideas where I can get some more??? They are completely stripped!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mad.gif

uh oh, give X pole a call today, if you wait until the weekend they will be closed. They can help you out. If not I bet a hardware store could help you if you brought the pieces in. X pole number: 1-888.976.5387

Thanks! I called about and hr ago and left a msg. Waiting for them to call back….try again later. I think I’ll try Lowes this weekend!

WooHOO! So I went at lunch time to about 4 different hardware stores with no luck…but I did get ahold of someone at x-pole and they are sending me replacements! YAY!

Ok so maybe I’m really freaking out about nothing…but. I got the replacement screws from x-pole and that helped alot, however, I noticed that the raised area on the base (where the scribed "X" is) moves!!! Is this because of the articulating base? I’ve had my pole for a year now in many different rooms and on many different surfaces and it has NEVER done this! Any suggestions???? Waiting on another call back from X-pole! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif

Hmmm not sure why that would be. Let us know what they say about it. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif

So I talked with xpole again (they are great!) and they think that maybe the hex screws underneath the base have come loose. So tonight the pole comes down and I’ll try to tighten them. If that dosen’t work, they said that they would be willing to work with me on getting in fixed/replaced! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
