  • Spinning Combos for Beginners?

I have to start by saying that I LOVE this website, everyone is so nice, encouraging, and helpful.

I have recently become addicted to pole. I have been doing it for maybe 10 days total now and I just bought my own pole and got it in the mail yesterday!! I can't tell you how excited I was, lol. Anyways I think I have a good grasp of a lot of beginner moves but I have a hard time combing spins to be more fluid. Does that make sense? I hope so because I can't think of a better way to word it…

Anyways, the only thing I find myself doing is a fireman -> martini -> attitude spin. I just feel like that is all I ever do and I'm getting tired of the same combo over and over.

Any ideas for combos that are for beginners?

Thanks for nay help in advance!! 🙂

I know fireman, martini, ballerina, front hook, back hook, attitude spin, chair (but I’m still building my strength on that one), tabletop even though technically its not a spin. I think that’s it.

There are not all beginner combos and spins but you may find some that are suitable. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h9B-OQLIa-o&feature=related

@Veena: Love your booty shaking lol… I'm wondering why don't you make instruction videos of spin or invert combos? It seems the pole dancing community, including me, are hungry for them.
