Veena is doing a great job here and she always says that she has many plans for studioveena. I can only imagine how much this site has grown and changed over the years, and I am fairly certain these are all things she has in the works. As far as hooping goes, I really love it. I like the idea of being versatile and how well it compliments my pole training. It is a great warm up and much easier to transport on vacation than my pole. Take heart everyone, veena is amazing for all things sexy and fun, especially pole! A quick thing about the combos… I have found that mastering single moves at a time was really boring though necessary. I look at other peoples videos and also try to get my creative wheels spinning by just trying stuff out. Veena does give some entry methods which essentially creates a combo. There is some sort of satisfaction that I get from discovering new combos on my own.

the studio i go to teaches strictly on spin mode… so having veena's lessons on static has helped and i can't wait to resubscribe due to the many addition she has made with hooping and such =)

since i have learned on spin mode that is what i am more comfortable with; spin lessons would be a GREAT addition to the site =)
