Spinning mode help?!?
Hey all, I recently gt my new xpert pole and wen I put it in spin mode it lyk th pole is movin out when it spins if tht makes sense. It’s not th top plate or bottom plate just th pole itself, it’s not spinning in place it’s lyk it’s actually cumin out. x

I cannot undersatnd what you are trying to describe. Can you take a video and post it?

wen its spinning it not stayin straight/in 1 place, it seems to be spinning funny its lyk it coming out wen its spinning, its hard 2 explain, lol. al take a video later wen i get the chance. x

Check the level. It does not appear that you have installed it straight up and down.

Av checked all tht, everything is installed properly and the pol is straight. xx

roll the pieces and see if they are bowed

if the pole has a bow/is warped, you can tell by taking the pieces and rolling them on the floor to see if they wobble.

if it isn't permantnely warpedm, it's possible you tightened the pole too tightly to the ceiling as well.

Also, make sure you cjeck the screws at the top of the A pole, and the bottom of the B pole to make sure they are not too tightly or too loosely connected to the X-Joint. I had an issue with this recently where the B pole actually twisted out of place of the X-Joint because it had loosened somehow. It actually warped the B pole and I just ordered a new one.
