• Spins!

    Sorry ladies new at all this and just wanted to ask a question! I just bought a lil mynx static pole, and I wanted to make sure its possible to do all the spins on the static pole or if you need a spinny pole to do them?

    Oh you can definitely do spins on a static pole! It’s actually a good idea to learn everything on a static pole before you do anything on spinny.

    We teach all our spins on static, it’s only when students are at late beginner stage we let them loose on spinny.

    Static is far better as you learn how to use strength and momentum rather than holding on for dear life.
