Split in front of the Christmas tree

Ok the title say a lot but let me explain. Me and Miraine have decide to change ourself to do the split for Christmas. And it end up as being in front of the tree it self. So if you want to join us, start working on NOW lol. Would be a good idea to take a picture of before too.

So who ready to try? It doesn't matter if you can't do it, it's really about challenging yourself. Let us know if you're part of it

What is Bendy Buddies? Also, does anyone really think a 45 year old non-flexy woman can really get to the floor?

@Lyme of course you can do it, i saw ''older'' girl improving their split a lot. So even if you don't get the perfect split the main goal is just getting better.

As for bendy buddies we plan a day and hour in the week to stretch together, you don't have to be really good, it's more like a motivation thing where we share tips on stretching, chat and suffer together lol.

I know Miraine is doing one on Monday at 8pm (UK time) and i'm gonna start back the one Thursday at 8 pm East time (like New York) feel free to join us any time. You can also ask the girls here if they want to join for a stretching session on skype or on the chat.

I wont have a Christmans tree but I'm in!! been trying to get the split for almost 1 year… I certainly need the motivation…

Yay! I'm in…no tree here either, so I will settle for split in front of the Christmas xpole https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif. I will be back to my normal schedule next week so I will see Miraine on Mon and Tiggs on Thu.

I'm in! Will be in front of my friends Christmas tree, however. My cats don't really mix well with shiny.. dangly objects.
