  Are there any lessons on how to do the splits??? Thank you.

  Yes! I have many individual lessons for stretching, these help you understand proper body placement and there are also two, 20 minute routines to help you improve your splits both front and middle. There is a routine for back mobility as well. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hD9tzV9HJEE
