Ditto to what everyone else has said~u may not have danced and entire song, but from what u did do i could tell right away that u were strong, graceful, and talented. (after 16 years of dance competitions i have an eye for these things, lol). i was too busy FREAKING out about using a 50mm pole and using an xstage for the 1st time…i think i just walked around the pole and did a few dips till the song was over!!!!!! I choreographed this routine two months ago on my 45 with lots of combo spins~what i do best. i can't even do a SINGLE spin on a 50 so all my choreo went out the window. but we live, we learn, and next time we will KILL it!!!!!!!!!!!

Performing is scary…..I still get nervous. But I turn into lucille ball when the nerves get to be too much….I have had more than one audience laughing cuz of something I have said or done to alleviate an awkward moment when I can't hang on to the pole to save my life….or I do something I didn't intend to do~~
We all enjoy pole…..so have FUN with it!–is my motto.
Now….put up your vid………You need to show all the other veeners who weren't able to be there….or watch it like we did through the live stream…..HOW awesome you did!!!
I can't wait until everyone puts their vids up….I loved wtaching it live……..but at some points, the feed would freeze…and we might miss a teeny trick here and there….I can't wait to watch each and every one of them again!!
