We just checked into the Red Roof on Concorde.
The rooms are nice…nothing fancy but everything looks clean. The only problem is our room smells strong of cigarette smoke and this is a non-smoking facility! 🙁
Jays rooms, next door, has a slight smoke odor but not as bad as ours.
Doesn't look like we'll be having any pole parties in our room either as there is barely room to set the pole up, let alone have anyone else around the room. At least I'll be able to practice a bit but the wall will be about 3 feet away! LOL

LOL! Sorry you can't have pole parties in the room – I promise to exhaust everyone in the master class and jam though!

I just wanted to say goodluck to everyone performing! Im sorry I’ll be missing it. I had a death in my family this week and had to change my plans so unfortunately I won’t make it 🙁 I’m so sad about it but I was needed elsewhere. I know you guys are gonna have a great time and I’ll see you guys there next year for sure!

Oh my goodness I had SUCH a great time! Charley was an amazing and extremely organized hostess everything ran so smoothly, all the performers did amazing, everyone was super nice and I got to meet so many people I didn’t know at all and people Ive been dying to meet! All the girls performers and their entourages were amazing, and I had such a fun time doing my routine I was nervous for no reason once I got up there I had a ball I hope anyone watching over chat liked it 🙂 and everyone was so nice for cheering for me so much, I don’t think my performance would have gone nearly as well without all the awesome positive energy the crowd and my fellow pile family were sending me

I have probably posted this comment all over the site….but WOW!!! All of you did AMAZING!!!
I for one was sitting up here in boring old BC Canada, at my dining room table, watching the live feed(with other fellow Veeners-some canucks in there too~) cheering and clapping and damn near screaming!!
Kind of hilarious actually—-cuz I never make noise at any sporting event…..even all the years my son played Lacrosse. I am one of those quiet cheering parents.
However—sitting in the privacy of my own home….watching all of you rock the pole—I turn into a raving lunatic!! LOL
My hubby was laughing at me…..cuz I REFUSED to move away from the laptop. If I had to leave the room for something—the laptop went with me~~ I refused to make dinner until it was over……and poor him~~he was teasing me cuz he had to do the laundry! I gave him the "look" and asked him how often I ever want to watch anything??HUGE cheezy grin—he was having fun teasing me…. We don't even have cable for pete's sake….
BUT—You were all amazing and I am so proud to call myself part of this supportive community!!
I am hoping that someone got video of Empy and whomever was just before her. I actually popped in early cuz my spidey senses were telling me it was going on…..I guess there was a mix up on the time zones…SO, I caught the very tail end of Empy forward.
So to all of….performers, organizers and sponsors—You did a fabulous job!!! It was really a thrill to sit here and watch!!!

I was SOOOOO excited and in awe and overwelhmed in meeting everyone!! Glitter I just wanted to take you home…Veena you were simply stunning…ALL of the performances were just emotionally inspiring. Makes me so proud to be a part of it all!!The support and commeraderie was over the top!!! Can’t wait to do it all again!!!!

Everyone did such a wonderful Job!!! It’s always amazing to see live pole dancing. Webmaster has everything recorded 🙂
