Sqeeking against the pole.

I pop, creak and crack when i do floorwork like I'm 90yrs old.
I'm with you echo, my bones grind against the hardwood floor with every floor move. Its so painful! -
LE, there has to be a technique we can learn to prevent all that nonesense…. I figured the pain would teach me to avoid that but once you move wrong what can you do? lol My tail bone is the worst and once I bruised the center of my spine.
