I haven't been there yet, but I see stand alones in their Halloween albums which makes me think they would have one. I know a girl on here, Brynne, either goes or teaches there.

hi, it will be three sections. It comes with the two pieces and I got the 24" extension that is one additional piece. I will see if I can figure out how to attach a picture to your thread.

I will add, that when you get to the point that you are aware of your space and have more control, an X-Stage will be easier to work on. When I get more advanced, I may buy an X-Stage. As a beginner, you could land anywhere when coming out of a move. Taking that into consideration, I felt like falling on the SSA would hurt a lot less than landing on the X-Stage (or the edge of the X-Stage and the floor) since I have a better chance of landing on the pie pieces than the floor.

Has anyone in this post tried the new PS star stand alone(3.0) doing left handed spins? Ive just started taking classes and the pole fitness studio has the star stand alone but im not experienced enough to know if it will come undone when doing more advanced moves. I’m left handed and I really want to buy this pole!

Carrie I love mine and I can do rite and left spins on it. It connects together with ezonnect and I really have to pull ….I mean twist and pull to get it apart. I think U will love it as well! Ask for Staci.
