    I haven’t been exercising or pole dancing since October, I have had a lot going on. I’m going to start a body weight exercise and start veenas 30 day program. So I’m looking to do pole 3 times a week and do other exercise for the remaining days.

    Life happens, glad to see you back at it! If you’re doing the 30 day program you won’t need to add any other exercises on remaining days because the days I don’t have you working out you should be resting. If you want to add more work do it on the training days. It’s all explained in the program 🙂
