  Step By Step Dvd??

  Alright, I am EXTREMELY new to pole dancing. I am wanting a dvd that will offer easy to see, step by step instruction. I did subscribe to the Studio Veena site for a month, but wanted something in addition to that. How is the S factor dvd for the pole? Any other suggestions?   Some suggestions either Jamilla Deville’s The Art of Pole, or KT Coates’ Vertical Dance Workout.
