    Hi everyone,

very much a newbie and having a problem with my new x pole, I'm sticking to it too much which is making spins very difficult – great for the other moves like cross knee release etc. I can do spins on the pole at the studio I go to but not at home and its frustrating – any idea's

Thank you in advanced for any advice

Its more  my legs than my hands if i do a side spin i  just get stuck It almost as if its the bottom part of the pole from about waist down or its the back of my knee's!!  even doing a back hook it is not as good as it is at the studio, hope this makes sense

Sounds like an issue with humidity or your skin being too moist.  Have you tried baby powder on the parts of you that are too sticky?  A dehumidifier in the pole room may help too.

warm moist air makes for stickyness! if you can't change the weather or where the pole is– try wearing pants?

Definately wear yoga pants or those really high leg warmers that dancers wear (I forget what they are called.)
