  • Strengthening for knee grip

    Looking for recommendations for exercises to strengthen hamstrings, etc. for working on knee grip (Gemini, knee hold, etc.).  Obviously just practicing the grip is best, but I am also looking for other exercises off-pole, as it were.  Thanks!

    i saw a lot of lessons for arms shoulders etc.  but nothing for knees pe rse.  can u suggest one in case im missing it?

    this is one of my favs, mostly 'cause you get to lay down =) 

    lay flat on your stomach, keeping your head on/very close to the floor. put a weight (start 5-8lb and work up) between your feet.  squeeze to pick it up and slowly bring your feet up to your butt and back to the floor

    well veena tricked me!  she moved the pole lunges and pole squats to the beginner lessons.  so sorry!
