So ladies I know that a lot of you are very clued-up on this type of thing.

I have quite knock-knees – to the point where I can't have my knees and feet together at the same time. I'd like to try and help prevent any damage to my legs because of this and correct it a little if I can.

Do you know of any exercises which might help strengthen the correct muscle groups?

    Love love xx

I am the exact same way!!! It makes the cross ankle release really difficult for me because I can't turn my knees in enough to get better grip without them overlapping – grrr!

I also have the same issue with knock-knees, but it's never caused me any problems in pole dancing. (Running and yoga is another story!) Unfortunately, it's been my understanding that it's a structural (bone / joint) problem, rather than a strength (muscular) issue, so surgery is the only options for improving it. =(
