Stretch Mark help
Hi Veeners,
I have been cruising the site for a while enjoying all your vids and posts and I have finally gotten up the nerve to ask a question. I ahve several bad stretch marks from weght gain/loss and gorwth spurts. Does anyone have a home remedy or item that they swear by to get rid of these yucky things.

This is a big thing on bodybuilding forums. First there is data that shows that a zinc deficiency will make them more pronounced. There are some that swear by Strivectin but it is rather expensive. There is also a procedure called Thermage that I have seen mentioned in a few stripperweb posts along with pictures, but again you are looking at something rather pricey. I am not sure if Nivea still makes this product, but they had a cream called Body Reshaping with CoQ10 that some have had success with. You will also want to look for creams that promote collagen production.

YESSSS. I have before and afters on my facebook page. I had AWFUL deep stretchmarks from my first pregnancy…OMG. like a tiger ripped at my skin. I try not to post it randomly on forums, since people are skeptics. But PM me on here and I'll send you what I use and show you where to find my pictures on facebook! 🙂 ~Kat

There is something called Bio-Oil that ive heard works really well. Just remember though that you can only reduce the appearance if they are red. Once they turn white, there isnt much that u can do. Make up doesnt even work https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif

Aahhh Lizzy, so not true in my case! 😀 the cream I use smoothed out the texture of my skin a great deal! Only the very deepest ones are noticable anymore. I have before & afters on my Facebook 🙂 feel free to pm me for the link to my pix! ~kat

Wow thats awesome. I talked to a couple of dermatologists and they said they dont go away once they are white, but everyone is different so im not surprised. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cool.gif

Stretch marks suck! I used bio oil throughout my pregnancy and for about a year and a half after, it will NOT get rid of stretch marks but it will make them less noticeable. Stretch marks are scars. They won’t go away. If you listen closely to the commercials for the oils/creams they tell you that flat out. Even lasers can’t get rid of them completely. Sorry sweetie your stuck with them. Good news, spray tans can make them all but disappear. AND no one sees them the way you do. Chances are you are looking at yourself through a microscope, take 10 steps back and look again. Things that were huge problems become invisible. All that being said if you find a cure let me know (you will become a billionaire)!

I got a few stretch marks after a breast augmentation. I used strivectin sd and they totally went away. I know they say thats not possible but I can’t even guess where they used to be. Idk if it’s because I treated them immediately while they were new or what but I swear by it! You can strivectin for half off at tjmaxx! And it’s cheaper off ebay.

I agree…everyone is different! I mean, if something is working for me I’m never running out of it haha.
