Success!! Texas Pole Jam
We pulled it off!!! The pole jam was this morning. I’m bruised, sore, and somewhat exhausted. In short, it was a great success! I think we had about a dozen girls, but I lost track near the end. SimplySweet was SIMPLY SWEET and brought us all souvenir tops. There were LOTS of great moves showed off and played with today. I loved it that one person would say… "I want to be able to go from this move to this move", and we would figure it out. One of the things that stood out to me again was how everyone "gets" things differently on the pole. It was really good to see. I’m hoping there will be pictures and video posted.

I’m w/ Mindy. I had TONS of fun and even though Map Quest SUCKS ASS!!!! and it took me to the Ghetto instead of where I wanted to be and I was an HOUR AND A HALF late I still had SO MUCH FUN! I loved meeting everyone! All the girls were SUPER NICE. My stupid video camera didn’t do to well in the lighting that the studio had but I got one short video and a few pics that I will post soon for all to see. Can’t wait to jam w/ you girls again and again. I feel extra motivated to drop some weight and get better w/ my poling. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

I’m so glad to hear that it was a great jam. I wished I could have been there, but at the very least I had a pretty successful weekend at work. Maybe we can plan another one in a few months and I’ll have better luck getting there. Can’t wait to see what any of you got as far as vids or photos go.

I had such an amazing time and all of the girls were so inspirational! Thanks for sparking my interest further and making it such a wonderful experience! Can’t wait to get back up to the girls room and special thanks to Voodoochild (Ashlee) and Mary Kay for showing me some basic beginner moves. Who knew spins and learning to climb the pole would make me sore for two days!! Anyway what a great experience and I can’t wait to get my pole and actually make some progress!! Thanks again girls and hope to see all of you soon…in an invert no doubt ; )…

I’m down to do another Pole Jam. Now that I know how to get there I wont be late. LOL I had SOOOOOO much fun. I have like a breif 1:45 second video that I shot in a hurry. My camera didnt’ do so well in the lighting that they had there but I will post it.

Yay! I had so much fun too!! Thanks to everyone who came and shared their knowledge, kindness and spirit! I had a blast and learned alot! I’m gonna be practicing that double Gemini for Mary Kay! Lol!
