  ps… how did you get into it? i can only get into it by getting into crucifix and going into handstand with thighs gripping pole and ankles crossed than reaching behind me. I am trying tolearn from a basic invert, but can’t seem to flip myself. Any tips? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif
